Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Support Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification. You will need to stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines, reviewing requests within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.

Requirements

  • You must speak and write French at a native level and have fluency in English (B2).
  • 0-12 months of experience in administrative tasks or other roles involving extensive reading is preferred, particularly with a legal background or in the travel industry.
  • You should have good computer handling skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
