**Role Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team at Bosch Service Solutions Sa. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, driving operational excellence in our direct-to-consumer sales channel.
Main Accountabilities:
- Support daily business operations in D2C sales channel, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, working closely with Bosch user & customer care agents and managers.
- Maintain effective communication with e-commerce service providers and/or end-customers, ensuring seamless order processing and returns management.
- Process invoices and payments, reconciling discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with account management, tracking receivables and payables, and provide back-end support for promotions execution.
About You:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or customer support.
- Strong affinity to e-commerce and online sales, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- System knowledge including service CRMs, SAP, MS Office, and website/backend platforms.
