Category Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Category Strategist to join our team. As a Category Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying needs, risks, and opportunities as well as purchasing processes on the Contingent Workforce (CWF) Categories. You will work closely with the CWF teams and relevant stakeholders to co-design, structure, and develop the Global HR procurement strategy.

1. Conduct all relevant taskings related to Category Management: Demand management, category assessment versus external benchmark, risk and opportunities (short terms to medium terms), relevant sourcing strategy by subcategory/initiatives, contracting, execution and implementation.
2. Set-up and update KPI and Dashboard to ensure and demonstrate the Category Performance.
3. Ensure the legal and full compliance of the CWF processes and Contingent labor set up.
