Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to join our team at Phiture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the credit limit management process, establishing collection targets, and ensuring timely collections.

About the Role:

  • Build a strong and efficient team by providing effective people management and development.
  • Communicate updates, issues, and problems related to credit, collections, closing, and analytics processes to stakeholders.
  • Approve customer credit limits per company policy and review consolidated credit reports for deviations.
  • Ensure timely cash application and establish collection targets with strategies for timely payments.

Requirements:

  • Total relevant experience of 5-7 years.
  • Knowledge of SAP 4 HANA, especially FSCM Module of SAP.
  • Strong understanding of business and O2C processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
