Glints is a leading provider of business registration services, seeking an experienced Financial Operations Director to oversee the entire registration process.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of enterprise formation processes and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and submitting company registration documents; managing the application process from document preparation to final approval; serving as the primary contact for business registration with government entities and legal authorities; following up on registration applications to ensure timely processing and addressing any issues that arise; advising clients and internal teams on compliance requirements, legal structures, and best practices for business formation; staying updated on the latest changes in business registration laws and regulations; and assisting in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and tax registrations.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in company registration or legal management. Strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, outstanding communication and coordination abilities, and familiarity with legal documents and compliance standards are essential.
