Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquets Manager to join our team at W Algarve. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and motivating the team, while providing high-quality service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs and motivates team to provide exceptional service to guests.
- Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities, including asset protection.
- Provides clear and concise communication to all stakeholders.
- Identifies training opportunities and plans a strategy to achieve goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years' experience in event management, food and beverage, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to events.
