Job Description:

At Farfetch, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Operations Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10+ members, providing mentorship, development, and performance management.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local, national, and international tax regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Implement and optimize payroll systems and processes, leveraging technology like Workday and ADP.
  • Manage payroll audits, year-end processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll workflows and improve the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent payroll experience.
  • Strong expertise in international payroll and extensive knowledge of payroll taxation.
  • Experience with payroll systems like SAP, Workday or ADP, and HRS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex information.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
