Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via various channels (voice, email, social media)
  • Identify customers' needs to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company's products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds
  • Cross and upsell additional products
  • Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
Requirements
  • Fluent German language skills (B2 level)
  • Strong focus on customer needs and ability to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
