Job Description

This role will involve providing support to employees and meeting their requests. The selected candidate will join the Airbus GBS Reward Operations Team supporting the Human Resources function.

Main Tasks

  • Support and meet all requests raised by internal employees to the internal customer service at first level.
  • Efficiently triage actions to derive requests to other RO areas when they cannot be solved at the first level.
  • Provide clear internal customer service in both Spanish (native) and English.
  • Create and update Employee Support department procedures and response templates.
  • Analyze reports, KPIs, and detailed data to highlight employee needs anticipation and customized information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Languages: Spanish native level / English conversational level.
  • Educated in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources / Service Line.
  • Technical knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
