Job Title: Travel and Expense Specialist.
Location: Porto, Portugal.
Job Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal customers with travel cost requests and expenses.
- Act as a helpdesk for process and system-related questions.
- Handle standard inquiries and support through ticket service or via phone.
- Provide consistent information to employees on Travel, Expenses, and Event topics.
Requirements
- Written and spoken fluency in English and German.
- 4+ years of experience in customer service/helpdesk.
- University degree or matching experience.
- Preferred skills: SAP Ariba and Concur experience, Shared Service environment experience.
