Job Details

Job Title: Travel and Expense Specialist.

Location: Porto, Portugal.

Job Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support internal customers with travel cost requests and expenses.
  • Act as a helpdesk for process and system-related questions.
  • Handle standard inquiries and support through ticket service or via phone.
  • Provide consistent information to employees on Travel, Expenses, and Event topics.

Requirements

  • Written and spoken fluency in English and German.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer service/helpdesk.
  • University degree or matching experience.
  • Preferred skills: SAP Ariba and Concur experience, Shared Service environment experience.
