Job Opportunity: Project Manager

The role of Project Manager at PT Signature - Detailors Events is crucial for designing, pitching, planning, and delivering unique projects in detail and a professional manner.

You will work with our team and individually in a dynamic environment to develop projects from the concept and basis to the end stage of the event. This includes working on detailed budgets and operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creative process and final proposal presentation, ensuring high-quality projects.
  • Negotiate and sell the projects to our clients through quality of thinking and presentation skills.
  • Effective management and monitoring of the project in all ground services requirements according to the client's expectations.
  • Might be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize between various tasks depending on each project deadline.
  • Be able to communicate and work in a team across different projects (incentives, conferences, brand activation, etc.).
  • Organize site inspection visits and be present to the client when needed.
  • Manage the profit and losses of each project assigned to deliver revenue and agreed standards.
  • Negotiate with the suppliers on rates, availability, and deadlines.
  • Establish payment terms and contracts with the clients.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of events management experience.
  • Bachelor's in Events/Tourism.
  • A high level of creative thinking and knowledge when challenging client briefs occur.
  • Be proactive in deadlines and follow-ups in the projects.
  • Strong communication skills and product knowledge, with the ability to search for new suppliers while keeping the most valuable ones.
  • Ability to create a strong sales point of view on the project and build client trust with the support of their know-how, always with a flexible approach from each client.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
