Job Description

The Records Management Officer will play a critical role in partnering with cross-functional areas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes working closely with Information Technology, Compliance, Legal, Controls, and the Data Management office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update RMO policy, procedures, and retention schedules
  • Support the automation of manual processing of regulatory and non-regulatory records
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations within RMO
  • Assist in transforming the firm's records management processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of professional experience (Global markets experience mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software is a bonus
