Job Description:

Cisco is seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our Data Center Applications team. As a key member of this dynamic and innovative team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experiences and advancing their technological capabilities.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects and influence the next generation of data center solutions. You will lead customer delivery engagements and provide critical issue support for large-scale solutions and complex issues through deep technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of demonstrated ability in leading technical teams, proficiency in K8 and Containers, solid experience in Linux System Administration, and familiarity with Nexus Dashboard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer delivery engagements
  • Provide critical issue support for large-scale solutions and complex issues
  • Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services
  • Build customer simulations to resolve and validate complex problems and compatibility issues

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated ability in leading technical teams
  • Proficiency in K8 and Containers
  • Solid experience in Linux System Administration
  • Familiarity with Nexus Dashboard
