We are a leading surgical aesthetic and cosmetic treatments company shaping the future of aesthetics, seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

This part-time position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a growing, ambitious company in the fast-evolving aesthetics industry. As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy to drive brand growth across clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful marketing materials that support lead conversion.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns, analyse performance data, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Take ownership of brand management, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage relationships with external partners for SEO, paid social, and website development.
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of marketing metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of key social media platforms and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of brand management and cohesive brand identity.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing digital marketing activities.
  • A keen interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery sector.
