Job Description:
As a Technical Advisor for Home Automation Systems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through inbound requests, documenting case information, and adapting the brand's voice and tone for various communication channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should be a native French speaker with a good level of English, have excellent customer service skills, be proactive, and work well in a team environment. Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is a plus.
