We are seeking a highly skilled Global Affiliate Marketing Strategist to join our team at TX Services. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling our affiliate marketing program globally.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the global affiliates & partner strategy
- Independently identify opportunities for growth within new and existing markets
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates from various regions to ensure alignment with local market needs
- Develop tailored strategies for different geographic markets to maximize engagement and revenue
- In charge of our marketing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to generate and manage the diverse feeds necessary for the affiliates
- Ensure accurate data flow between platforms for seamless reporting and analysis
- Analyze cost-per-acquisition (CPA) metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates while maintaining budget efficiency
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor affiliate performance metrics, providing insights that drive strategic decisions
- Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actionable recommendations
- Serve as the primary liaison for all affiliates, fostering strong relationships through effective communication
- Provide affiliates with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their campaigns
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations across all activities
- Stay informed on global trends in affiliate marketing to maintain competitive advantage
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and creative departments to develop compelling promotional materials tailored for diverse audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record as an Affiliate Manager across several businesses and industries with a good feel for international markets
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and proficiency in managing complex data needs
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams when needed
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools
- Great proficiency with diverse ETL, data feed management, or inventory management systems
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to manage affiliates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
