**Job Description**
Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our customer delivery team, you will be involved in business process analysis and solution design. Your role will include hands-on configuration and customization of Dynamics CE solutions, working with both onshore and offshore development teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Interface with consulting team members to develop best-in-class solutions and provide sustainable application architectures.
- Deliver high-quality business and software solutions, ensuring the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configurations.
- Take ownership of project deliverables, including project documentation, solution design, performance, reliability, testing features, and more.
Requirements:
- University degree in computing or business discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform stack.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, custom plugin development, report development.
- Proven experience developing solutions involving Power Platform components.
- Detailed knowledge of Customer Engagement, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Services.
- Good understanding of Dataverse, customizations, and Business Data Models.
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering solutions for medium to large customers.
- Adept at business requirement analysis, solution design, development, system verification, and deployment strategies.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and suggest solutions within and outside current implementations.
- Experience in creation of demos, supporting pre-sales activities.
- Business process mapping, Fit Gap analysis, work package estimation, work breakdown structure, modeling, and documentation experience.
- Excellent understanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema and Business Data Model.
- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and hyper care support.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of .NET framework, extensive experience writing ASP.NET and C# code.
