About the Role

Nestlé Sa is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Design and Labelling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of packaging-related visual communications, including label information for print and/or e-commerce applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports Marketing teams in managing the end-to-end flow of packaging-related visual communications
  • Contributes to the efficient, effective, and flawless execution of the Design to Delivery (D2D) process embedded within I2L
  • Drives the end-to-end project management of D2D projects on behalf of Marketing Leader of assigned Brand(s)/Zone/Market(s)
  • Enables fluid communication between Brand Teams, the assigned Agency Partner(s), and/or IMS Design Services Teams
  • Manages the Label Info Specification and/or SAP Labelling Record for assigned Brand(s) or Business(es)
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining all relevant D2D and Label Info templates

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years agency or in-house experience managing graphic chain of packaging design and/or artwork projects from development to files to printer
  • Ideally experience managing end-to-end of packaging projects through to CGI development, including collation of label information
  • Demonstrates strong visual, written, and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Design, Communications or related field
  • Understanding of print production, printing, and color management an added bonus
  • Experience working with digital workflows, DAM, and document management
  • High level of written and spoken English; all other languages an asset
