The Role
We are seeking an experienced EASYVISTA ITSM Expert to join our team. As a lead on ServiceNow project delivery, you will define and implement technical and business requirements for the EASYVISTA platform. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement technical and business requirements for the EASYVISTA platform
- Act as a lead across all aspects of ServiceNow project delivery
- Oversee application and workflow configuration
- Develop client-specific reporting processes and integration components
- Provide trusted advice on digital transformation and technology enablement
- Work closely with EASYVISTA technical teams
- Experience with ITSM and GRC modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Compliance Management
- Contribute to clients' business development
- Support team management
Requirements
- Academic education in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields of study
- At least 4 years of EASYVISTA technical experience
- Proven experience with ITSM, App Engine, IRM modules in EASYVISTA
- Strategic focused mind-set
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Forward thinker and self-starter
- Creative, proactive, team player, and able to work under pressure
- Project management skills: autonomy and proactivity, conducting analysis from beginning to end, and structuring the final deliverable fulfilling demanding plans
- Good level of English
