Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer requests and documenting relevant case information.
- Assisting users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues through various channels.
- Adapting our brand's voice and tone for interactions across private and public channels.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- A native-level proficiency in Norwegian and a minimum B2 level of English.
