Job Overview
Hilton is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of its hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating tasks, performing inspections, and managing a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with other departments to maintain the highest standards of service and quality. This includes routine inspections of check-out rooms, spot checks of occupied rooms, and reporting any defects or issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Allocate work duties to Team Members
• Perform routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms, and corridors
• Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
• Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment
• Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
• Ensure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory position, a successful track record of managing a team, strong organizational and analytical skills, an attention to details, strong communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, and proficiency in computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
