Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth daily operation of our services by handling customer contacts over the telephone and by email.
• Provide timely and effective support to our drivers and passengers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and satisfactorily, following internal processes and systems.
• Demonstrate a full understanding of Via and brand values.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both written and spoken German.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
• Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment.
• Patient and empathic, with the ability to support a paratransit service.
• Autonomous and fast learner, with a "can-do" attitude.
• Solution-oriented, with the ability to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
• Passionate about giving a great customer experience and able to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathy.
