About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Multicultural Customer Care Professional to join our team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global organization in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues related to website solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar field, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in German (C1) and English (B2).
