We are seeking a highly skilled Swedish speaking customer support representative to join our team in Cyprus. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in Swedish, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries.
- Maintain a high emphasis on quality, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, and implementing effective solutions.
- Escalate requests where necessary, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on rules, processes, and licensing requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Native level of Swedish fluency, with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer software and touch typing, with a high level of technical aptitude.
