Looking for a new challenge in a multinational environment? As a Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing world-class service and support while working with top brands from around the world.
- Support clients' activities by offering excellent service and resolving issues
- Answer incoming queries from clients and provide effective solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and record data in the CRM system
- Provide ad-hoc support and participate in team success
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of Dutch and at least a B2 level of English
- Knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Drive for excellence and professionalism
- Ability to work in a team environment
