As a Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing optimal advice to our business clients regarding their online advertising strategies. You will work closely with key decision makers in the marketing industry to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate clients on effective online advertising practices
  • Creating meaningful relationships with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction and quality results
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A mother tongue level in Dutch and a good English level (at least B2)
  • Completed secondary school or a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online advertising tools
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
