About the RoleAs a Digital Marketing Specialist - AdWords Optimization, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing optimization solutions, including building campaigns for high-value advertising customers
- Creating Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
- Gathering and analyzing data at the account level and campaign level
- Creating reports to support or aid optimization strategies
- Utilizing optimization techniques and aligning them with customers' goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube
You will also identify general opportunities in an account to help sales teams seize opportunities and drive conversations with agencies and clients.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies is essential, as is providing excellent customer service to Account Leads.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and German (C2 or native)
- Digital marketing experience, preferably in client service or account management
- AdWords Search fundamentals certification (desired)
- Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of digital/internet applications (e.g., AdWords, Advertising)
- Critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
- Technological savvy and ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, policy, and other information
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Base salary + 2 full extra salaries per year
- Language Premium Bonus
- Transportation allowance: 720 EUR gross yearly (60 EUR per month)
- Meal allowance: 7.63 EUR net per working day in meal card
- Annual performance bonus: 5% of yearly base salary (gross)
- Relocation package: 2000 EUR gross paid along with the first salary
