\Job Description
\We are seeking a Junior Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential partners that fit our product proposition. You will also manage ongoing relationships with existing Content Partners by providing updates, discussing new business opportunities, and product integrations.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Support: Assist in evaluating and engaging potential partners that fit our product proposition.\
- Relationship Management: Manage ongoing relationships with existing Content Partners.\
- Marketing: Conduct research and identify new opportunities to support marketing initiatives with existing and new partners.\
- Project Coordination: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.\
- Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring partnership KPIs and preparing reports to evaluate success and areas for improvement.\
- Sales Support: Manage documentation, update CRM systems, and coordinate logistics with Sales for effective support in the sales cycle.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role in the automotive, marketing, or Content Service industries.\
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.\
- Basic understanding of the Content industry and emerging Content trends.\
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.\
- Organizational and multitasking skills to support multiple projects simultaneously.\
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.\
- Fluent in English.\
