Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team as part of our Graduate Program. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical services and consultancy to industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and support to clients within a designated region, with occasional travel within and outside the country.
  • Coordinate all activities with the service manager.
  • Conduct water sampling and chemical analyses using portable laboratory equipment.
  • Collect, package, and send water samples to specialized laboratories.
  • Prepare detailed service reports outlining actions taken and/or recommended at the client site.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and the sales and technical departments.
  • Make recommendations for procedural improvements to enhance overall business efficiency.
  • Travel to and remain at assigned locations until all tasks are complete.
  • Manage all aspects of workplace safety.
  • Complete all assigned training activities promptly.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a similar field. Knowledge and experience in industrial water treatment are preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Valid driver's license in the European Union.
  • Permission to work in the European Union.
