Job Description

We are seeking a competent and friendly professional to join our customer support team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance via phone, email, or chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support for bookings, purchases, or goods
  • Assisting with concerns regarding payment transactions and customer accounts
  • Technical support for PC-related issues
  • Managing changes, adjustments, complaints, and other customer concerns

Requirements:

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian
  • Good understanding of English (B1 Level)
  • Good computer and internet skills
  • Fast learning capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented work
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Experience in telephone customer service or call center environment (preferred)
