Job Description
We are seeking a competent and friendly professional to join our customer support team. As a customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance via phone, email, or chat.
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer support for bookings, purchases, or goods
- Assisting with concerns regarding payment transactions and customer accounts
- Technical support for PC-related issues
- Managing changes, adjustments, complaints, and other customer concerns
Requirements:
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian
- Good understanding of English (B1 Level)
- Good computer and internet skills
- Fast learning capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented work
- Flexibility and resilience
- Experience in telephone customer service or call center environment (preferred)
