We are seeking a Customer Support Expert to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer service department, you will engage with customers via chat, email, phone, and social media, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Your role will involve mediating disputes between sellers and buyers, providing solutions that meet both parties' needs. You will work closely with our sales and expert teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex customer challenges and manage disputes.
  • Provide excellent customer support via various communication channels.
  • MEDIATE BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND FIND SOLUTIONS THAT WORK FOR BOTH.
Requirements
  • Professional speaking and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to switch between multiple customer channels quickly.
  • Positive interaction with team members and other departments.
