About the Role: As a Financial Customer Support representative, you will be part of a multicultural team environment, working alongside a diverse group of professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include offering first-class technical support to clients, primarily through email or phone. You will also be responsible for performing tasks related to banking activities according to project needs and coordinating office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies/procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be a native French speaker, motivated, and committed to your work. You should also have no trouble writing in French and be a team player willing to work with multiple nationalities. A sales/commercial background and previous experience in customer service or credit recovery are considered advantages.

What We Offer: As a permanent employee, you will enjoy a competitive salary package including gross 890€ per month, up to 100€ performance bonus, meal vouchers, reimbursement of transportation costs, private health insurance, and dental plan after six months. If you live outside Portugal, we provide reimbursement of initial flight tickets after four months within the company and four months of accommodation in a shared flat.
