We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at EDP COMERCIAL in Lisboa, Portugal.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, finance or a related field, with up to 5 years of experience in similar functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out tenders for the contracting of new suppliers and/or services
  • Drawing up and managing contracts
  • Responsible for supervising and executing corporate compliance processes to ensure compliance with data protection
  • Managing, monitoring, validating and financially controlling contracts with suppliers in the Fiel Service Operations Iberia area in all geographies
  • Carrying out purchase requisitions, orders and other necessary steps to guarantee payments to suppliers
  • Drawing up control reports
  • Training, managing and controlling the external back office that carries out administrative work

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.

A hybrid work model is available, allowing employees to balance work and personal life.

The successful candidate will be expected to have advanced knowledge of Office automation, Salesforce, SAP Financial Management and taxation in Portugal.
