We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store provides a relevant IKEA Food offer by combining and driving range presentation, volume, and commercial priorities in the most efficient way.

You will contribute actively in the creation of the IKEA Food business plan, aligning national and global strategies with local priorities.

In this role, you will ensure that daily work routines are in place and followed in all daily work, promoting a safety-first culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**
