**Job Summary**

Velenosi & Meredith Consulting is seeking a skilled Moderation and Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our moderation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our content.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review and process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification
  • Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines
  • Review requests within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

We are looking for candidates with a good understanding of KPIs, including FCR, SLA, and CSAT. No previous experience is required, but a maximum of 12 months' experience in content moderation is preferred.

**Benefits:**

  • Annual base salary
  • Premium bonus/monthly
  • Meal allowance/daily work day paid in meal card (net amount)
  • Transportation bonus/year
  • Yearly target bonus (5% of yearly gross base salary)
