Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage all digital marketing activities, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor and adjust digital marketing strategies as needed based on performance metrics, segmentation data, and industry developments.
- Maintain and enhance Rovo Agency's website and social media presence, ensuring consistency across digital channels.
- Continuously review and refine brand messaging to maintain cohesion across all digital platforms.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics).
- Identify industry trends and insights to optimize budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Evaluate key website metrics, including traffic, audience behavior, and campaign impact.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with the Sales and Administration teams to develop creative growth strategies.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to achieve digital marketing objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Develop corporate-level and project-specific communication strategies to engage stakeholders and enhance Rovo Agency's external image.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, internal communications, and market research.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.
- Ability to analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns based on data insights.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
