About the Role
The Mastercard Authentication Program Team is seeking a skilled E-commerce Product Development Manager to develop and deliver top-tier authentication products for e-commerce transaction use cases. As an ideal candidate, you will identify new authentication opportunities, assess product performance, and help create long-term strategic plans for future e-commerce authentication product lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a best-in-class onboarding journey for customers participating in the Authentication Program
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop product solutions, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
- Prioritize features and functionality
- Communicate the e-commerce Authentication Product Strategy to key stakeholders and customers

Requirements
- Actively partner with customers on onboarding, launches, operational health, and compliance within the Authentication Program
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and engineering teams to understand product/enhancement requirements
- Drive product development focusing on customer journey and experience
- Ensure operating, customer, and market readiness requirements are met for products, product enhancements, and features

About You
- Experience working with large financial services, technology, service providers, processors, and/or digital platform partners
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Understanding of payments technology and application to address product and/or customer onboarding needs
