Job Overview

This postdoctoral position is available at Cnrs in the field of structural biology. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a project focused on the biochemical and structural characterization of selected E3 ligases and their substrates, particularly the nucleosome/chromatin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute experiments to study the structure and function of E3 ligases and their substrates
  • Analyze data using various techniques, including electron microscopy and cryo-EM
  • Interpret results and present findings at scientific conferences
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive understanding of protein post-translational modifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in biochemistry, biophysics, or a related field
  • Experience in structural biology, protein purification, and biochemical assays
  • Familiarity with electron microscopy and cryo-EM techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
