  • Sales Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase order frequency, reduce cart abandonment, and improve upselling tactics.
  • Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, Hotjar, and heatmaps to track KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to align store strategies with paid ads, email marketing, and retention campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience in E-commerce Operations: Proven success in managing e-commerce operations, including scaling brands and increasing revenue.
  • Expert-level Shopify Knowledge: Strong understanding of Shopify themes, apps, integrations, and customization.
  • Strong English Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven Success in CRO, A/B Testing, and Increasing Key Metrics: Ability to analyze customer data and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Ability to Analyze and Act on Customer Data: Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
