Mollie is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our talented Finance Team based in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries.

Your primary focus will be on setting up our payroll system in new markets, managing monthly payroll processes, and reviewing payroll GL accounts. You will also be responsible for benefits administration, including ensuring that all benefits are up-to-date and processed through payroll accurately.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide excellent customer service to employees, answering their questions and addressing any concerns they may have regarding payroll.

We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge of global payroll, Excel, and Google Sheets. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential. If you're passionate about payroll, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
