Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions to their queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing clients via phone and email, addressing product or service inquiries
  • Handling customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients, meeting their needs
  • Collaborating with team members for seamless customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be a native Dutch speaker with a business-level proficiency in English. You should also be motivated, committed, and possess excellent communication and listening skills.

Benefits

We offer a long-term fixed contract, renewable annually. Your compensation package includes a salary of €1040 (gross) per month, including free accommodation in a shared flat with all bills covered. Alternatively, without accommodation, you can expect €1298 (gross) per month. For international candidates, we reimburse initial flight expenses after three months and provide assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, and more. Enjoy free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organised by the company.

If successful, you'll receive nearly full pay during your training period, lasting between one to four weeks.
