MKTALENT is a talent agency recruiting for a company based in Lisbon, seeking a highly skilled Experience Design Lead.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive design strategies to enhance user experiences, spanning research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation;
  • Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and persona development to underpin design decisions;
  • Design user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes to articulate and communicate design concepts;
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups to refine and iterate on design solutions;
  • Collaborate closely with UI designers to harmonize interaction and visual design elements;
  • Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design concepts.

We seek a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
  • At least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing various UX design projects;
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar;
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices;
  • Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes aligned with user needs and business goals;
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
