Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative for Blu Selection, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels such as social media, chats, emails, and phone calls (limited to a small percentage). You will be handling queries related to subscription, invoicing, and technical troubleshooting while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. While prior experience in customer service is advantageous, Blu Selection emphasizes soft skills and is willing to provide comprehensive training. Native French speakers with a good command of English (B2 minimum) are highly preferred. Additionally, candidates must be based in Portugal (with a geographical restriction below Coimbra till Algarve), motivated, and committed to their work.
Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of €890 gross per month (14 times a year) plus a performance-related bonus up to €100 monthly. A meal voucher of €7.23 per working day adds to the benefits package. With rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 9 PM, you will have ample opportunities to balance your personal and professional life.
