About the Job:
This role requires a self-employed individual who can work on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in IT recruitment or a related field and possess a strong understanding of the IT industry and relevant technologies. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in German being a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for talent sourcing, screening and interviewing, relationship management, coordination, and performance metrics. They will work closely with the recruitment team and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process and meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle pressure. Proficiency in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Teams is also required. Self-employment status is a must, with the ability to work on a contract basis.
