With over one million nights rented through our platform, we've welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
Our team is growing, and we're looking for talented individuals to join us on our journey. As an Asset Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in executing regional processes and managing local depots and teams.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for executing daily operations to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This includes managing vehicle inventory, supplier procurement, and stock management, as well as coordinating with local operations and logistics teams.
You'll work closely with the Western Europe Regional Operations Director to ensure the successful execution of our operation. Your actions will have a direct impact on results, and you'll need to coordinate with your team members and local operations to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the evolution of asset-management-related procedures and their applicability to your region;
- Maximise fleet availability through good execution of vehicle in-fleeting procedures, vehicle intervention management, and vehicle de-fleeting procedures;
- Guarantee that local structures are stocked with required inventory to service the fleet, according to established models, and execute the purchase of spare parts whenever required;
- Be knowledgeable about the vehicles we operate and assist local operations in interventions required to be performed in vehicles of your region;
- Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business requirements;
- Develop our fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners;
- Contribute to expansion projects of your region.
- Background in Engineering, mechanical education, business management, or similar education;
- Prone to action, with experience in central coordination of fleet management, logistics, or a similar field;
- Organised and analytical, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and effective time management;
- Attention to detail, with a focus on precision in execution;
- Team player, with a willingness to work closely with team members and local teams to contribute to overall objectives;
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to adapt to unforeseen events to reach the end result;
- Good communicator, with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
