Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Dutch-speaking recruiter to join our team in Lisbon or Porto. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes. Your expertise in recruitment methodologies, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to make a significant impact in our organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Dutch recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Attracting candidates through various channels, including social media, job fairs, and professional networks.
- Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with department heads and managers to ensure accurate information and smooth onboarding processes.
- Creatively building rapport with candidates during the selection process, fostering trust and confidence in our company.
- Developing and updating analytical reports and databases to optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong command of both written and spoken Dutch, with good English language skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably from a reputable institution.
