We're a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about delivering unique experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. In this role, you'll play a key part in our global expansion strategy, driving revenue growth through partnerships and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to grow our global partnership base, driving lead generation and client acquisition.
  • You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using platforms such as Amplemarket and LinkedIn.
  • You'll present and demonstrate sponsorship opportunities to potential partners, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
  • You'll collaborate with our Startups team to enhance the conversion rate of startups into active sponsors and partners.
  • You'll engage with competitors' events to acquire high-quality business leads and establish valuable industry relationships.
  • You'll partner with our Marketing and Growth teams to develop sales collateral, marketing materials, and targeted outbound campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • You'll manage on-site speaker and GA tours during our events, ensuring smooth pre- and post-event communication plans.
  • You'll re-engage inactive inbound leads to qualify and move them into the opportunity pipeline.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in sales and business development, with experience driving revenue growth through partnerships and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential partners.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, with a keen focus on results-driven outcomes.
  • A passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in the industry.
