The Role

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. This role involves working closely with team members to build a self-organizing and motivated team environment, empowering them to make decisions and continuously improve their processes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team, encouraging regular retrospectives to reflect on performance and implement changes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively work to recognize and remove barriers affecting the team's forward movement, collaborating with other teams and departments to resolve dependencies and create a smooth working environment.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • Certified Scrum Master or any relevant agile certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a related field.
