At Capgemini Portugal, we're seeking a seasoned Manager Consulting IT Strategy to join our team in Lisbon. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in Generative AI and drive business growth for top-tier clients.

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in AI strategy and implementation. As a Manager Consulting IT Strategy, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on leveraging Generative AI technologies to address complex business challenges and opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advisory Services: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored Generative AI strategies and solutions that align with their strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with clients to design and architect effective AI solutions that drive business value and innovation.
  • Business Case Creation: Assist clients in creating compelling business cases for Generative AI initiatives, demonstrating the potential value and ROI of investing in AI technologies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and ensuring that advisory services meet their expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of consultants and specialists, providing direction, mentorship, and support to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects that drive business value and innovation. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the AI or technology consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in advising clients on AI strategies, solutions, and implementation best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects that drive business value and innovation.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large enterprises on AI initiatives would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in varying business contexts.
  • Proficiency in developing AI operating models and solutions tailored to specific organizational needs.
  • Ability to design and architect AI solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
  • Experience in building business cases for AI initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to lead AI implementation projects from inception to delivery.
