Overview: We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our Cross Border Talents team as an Entry-Level Account Manager.
About the Role: As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers and partners to drive sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Use CRM tools to qualify accounts and generate sales leads
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met (calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated)
Requirements:
• Native Danish speaker with English proficiency (B2)
• In possession of a EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Positive work attitude and proactive approach
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Sales experience required; hospitality background is beneficial
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus
